okie...so...has anyone ever done this?? lunch starts @ 11:30, but the restaurant doesnt actually CLOSE after breakfast I don't think...SO...could I have a ressie for 10:50, 11:00 have breakfast, enjoy the characters AND have lunch off the buffet??? I am almost positive I have read somewhere that someone did this, but now I cant find it :( We had breakfast at CP 2 years ago, and enjoyed it, but I really want to try either lunch or dinner there this time, and I thought it would be pretty neat if we could have a part in both meals :D Do you think this is something that can be done, OR would you even suggest dinner instead of lunch???

I'm not an expert on the subject, but I remember that we went to lunch at CP. We had the first lunch ADR time, and they made us wait way past that time (with a hungry toddler  ) so that they could clear out the place and replace the food. I think they made sure everyone was out and gave the characters a break.

But I love the idea and I hope my memory is wrong -- we would love to try that, too!:dance3:

I had a very late breakfast once. Grrrr.

The buffet is set up with two identical sides that meet in the middle. As breakfast draws to a close, they shut down one side. Then they start pulling the breakfast stuff out and putting the lunch bins in.

I'd thought that I wanted just a puffy sugar thingie and a wee bit of eggs, but then I wanted a second one of those puffy sugar thingies and more eggs. I went back up, but NO PUFFY SUGAR THINGIES and some dried up, pathetic dregs of eggs.

So I went over and got me some rice and I don't remember what else. I don't know if it was allowed or not, but I was still hungry and the way I figured it if there was no breakfast, I had to settle for lunch. I'd have preferred breakfast, but there wasn't any.

I'm not one to look around and see if people are approving or not unless I'm interested which I almost never am. If anyone was frowning upon my lunch substitution, they didn't come over and say anything.

That was the last time I scheduled the latest breakfast possible and don't know if that's a regular thing or not.
