I know I have read reports about dining here with multiple allergies but for some reason my search for them is coming up empty

I don't have experiences with CP specifically, but Disney is very accommodating at all of it's restaurants. I traveled with a friend that has similar allergies to yours and they had the chef come out and talk to her at each and every restaurant and they told her exactly what they had available for her and her daughter who has dairy issues.

Make sure you list all you can on the website when you make the reservation and if you have others, make sure to tell the chef when he comes to the table.

We have had good experiences with CP.
The only thing you may need to think about is whether a breakfast in-park meal is likely to be worth it. This depends on what sort of experience you expect, but when you take eggs, dairy and gluten out almost all of the items they work with are off the table. I know it's been said before that Tusker House is the only place in the parks that will do allergy waffles that are not Van's- Van's have soy.

You have to be ok with the reality that you might end up with essentially a plate of fruit and bacon. We have had extremely hit-and-miss luck with buffets happening to have a Babycakes donut around, but if it's an option you may be happier going with a lunch or dinner. Another work around is going for a late enough breakfast sitting that they may pull out lunch ingredients for you.
If you want to end up with safe waffles or pancakes I would contact special diets and ask specifically if they can do the allergy Mickey waffles, I think they did long time ago and may have stopped, but don't quote me on that. But- if a plate of Mickey waffles, bacon and fruit will feel like a let down, breakfast at a park buffet (excluding TH) may not be your cup of tea.

We had the Mickey gluten free allergy free waffles at Ohana last August, they taste so much better than the regular ones

I believe as the PP mentioned, the only restaurant in a park that serves the gluten free Mickey waffles is Tusker House. We were told we could not get them at Crystal Palace during our trip this past August. They only served Van's allergy waffles. They did not have any Babycake's products We were very limited in our choices. The chef we interacted with on our visit to CP wasn't fantastic. We did however have a great experience with a different chef at lunch. We used to love getting an early breakfast ADR there each trip, but for our next 2 trips we are doing lunch instead. Good luck whatever you decide! I find breakfast the most stressful meal with all of DD's allergies and intolerances.

We ate at CP this morning with milk, peanut, tree nut, gluten, and egg allergies this morning and had a fantastic experience! They had udis waffles and bread, and made several other items safe like potatoes, and brought everything else out from the back due to cross contamination.

I misspoke. They had vans waffles which we did eat. We said we weren't interested in the breads so they may not have had to look.

Ohh ok :) I got all excited because I hear how good Udi's is for GF but last I looked it had egg. I have to look over Van's again.

We eat gluten free pancakes at Crystal Palace. They offer us muffins and doughnuts, but my daughter prefers pancakes. :) I think they used Bob Red Mill mix the last time, and I know they are dairy free when we order them. As for the Mickey Waffles, we have had those at Mara (AKL), Beaches and Cream (BC), and Kona Cafe (just last trip, photos in siggy link), as well. Everyone has been able to handle our allergies for breakfast at TS restaurants in Disney World. I'd like to try 1900 for breakfast next time! Yum.
I know you have more allergies, though. I have found the chefs at Crystal Palace to be very helpful every time. It's our family favorite!

Thank you all so much for the replies! At Chef Mickey's and Tusker House, they made me either Pamela's brand or Bob's Red Mill brand waffles and then made me breakfast potatoes, bacon and fruit. Since I am so limited and those waffle options aren't an option at CP, we may just book our breakfast ADR at a place that had worked in the past. Maybe 1900 Park Fare or 'Ohana would accommodate us better than CP ? I'm sure we will figure out something and again, thanks for the input!
