I don't think so because I believe the park is still open to regular guest at that time.
It all depends on what time the park is officially open until and when you try to enter the park. If it closes at 7:00p, then you are all set, but if it's 6:00p, then they won't let you in after 6:00p without party tickets.
Once you are done eating, they will direct you out of the park since you won't have either party tickets or a wristband.
