We have an ADR for this time. Will they let us in early? I seem to recall reading somewhere that you should plan to be there 20 min before your reservation time?

Yes. I actually have a 9am for our trip in October. When you get off the buses (they start running an hour prior to park opening) I believe that you do not check in as you normally would when entering the park. You will go to the far right by the guest services windows and they will check your bags and let you in there. MK will be empty and be able to walk down Main Street without a huge crowd; that's if you ressie isn't for an A.M. magic hour day. Enjoy!

Thanks! Because of the time, I was not sure if we can go through the early reservations line or whether we would need to wait in line at the regular entrance. Do you know how many minutes early we are supposed to be at Crystal Palace?

We had an 8:05 CP ressie on a day with a 9AM park opening... the CM letting people in for early ressies didn't ask to see a confirmation number or know what time our ADR was for. So you may be able to walk in with no problems, but I'm not sure if this is normal procedure or if they do it differently all the time. At CP you definitely did not NEED to be there 20 minutes before your ADR, but it would be desirable so you could take some awesome pictures in an empty park :wizard:

My experience has been that almost every place let us in early, including Crystal Palace. We checked into some places 45 minutes early just because we had nothing better to do, and they seated us within minutes. The only exception to that was Akershus and Teppan Edo, and they were PACKED at both places.

Thanks for your replies everyone! We certainly would like it if we could be seated earlier, since the park opens at 9. I think we will come early, try to see if we can enter the park and ask at reservations to be seated earlier if possible.
