why has there only been and continues to have only a 10:20am adr for this resturant on 12/13. I’d like to get an 8am reservation here for breakfast. Think I will have any luck?

Probably because people have been able to book for that date for nearly 3 months, and it's a popular restaurant.

You may get lucky with an earlier time...just have to keep checking in case someone cancels.

Well that does land during FD plus its a MVMCP day as well.
Its also fairly likely that MK will add AM EMH making a PPO a RD ADR anyway.
My suggestion would be take the 10:20am or even a bit later if you can so you can get in the first couple of non crowded hours.

If you are hoping for a ppo adr be aware park hours may chang3. And change even days before.
