Can someone give me the order of sizes at the WDW resorts?

BCV

Where will AKV fall in that list?

My guess is around 350 units (give or take 50) units. About "mid sized" for a DVC resort.

the top two floors are the GV - that is a definitely.

There are rumors out there that the top floor will be a super high-class restaurant that will outdo the California Grill.

my DB's FIL has the plans - they were doing bidding for the cement and steel.

He described them - they could only be Grand Villa.

the restuarant is on the bottom floor - might be on 4th?

of course disney could always change its mind.

but those are the plans he saw that my DB told me about.

just the GV on the top 2 floors.
