Cruising with a Football Fan

My husband and I will be on our first ever cruise on the Dream in a few weeks and I'm wondering if there is anyplace on the ship where he will be able to catch the Sunday afternoon NFL games. Thanks!

Yes they have them on in the sports bar.


They also had it up on the big funnel too! My husband was thrilled, our little just swam and he watched the game!

We watched in O'Gills....TOTALLY FUN! Had wings and stuff set up in the entryway. All fun .... except the Pats lost!!

On our January Cruise they showed the Playoff Games in O'Gills and up on the funnel vision. Way to many VERY HAPPY Carolina Panther fans in O'Gills as they were beating up on the Seahawks. They kept interrupting the musician that was performing in La Piazza

Be prepared for a limited menu of games. On a recent cruise, there were many disgruntled college football fans that were missing their games. They have the ABC and ESPN games but CBS and Fox are not regular channels. They have a "special events" channel where they might show other network games. They were playing a playoff baseball game on this channel in the bar area.

I know it's slim chance but we leave Saturday...kinda hoping somewhere on boat gets AMC...Walking Dead season premiere!

On our Fantasy cruise this week football was played on funnel vision pretty much every night as well in the pub (O'Gills)

We will be sailing during the college championship game. I was worried at first that I wouldn't get to see the game. Sadly, it no longer matters, I'm a Notre Dame fan. Live near Columbus, OH now but don't like the Buckeyes at all!
