Hi there. I am new to the Disney Cruise Board. Debating against a week at Disney or do the land/sea Disney. We were offered a great rate for the middle of February for land/sea. It would be $2700 for the week for me, DH, DS(7) and DD (4) for the cruise and then hotel at a moderate resort and tickets. ( A Week at Disney only including Dining package would be about $2100). Seems like a great price compared to some others I've been getting. It was a week where they have a huge block of rooms or something and it is still in value season. If we were to go to Disney I would probably go the first week of March as the crowds are still not that bad and the weather is usually nicer - for those of you that have cruised in mid-Feb - how was the weather during that time period. I know at Disney it can be iffy (may be 50 or may be 80) but wondering since the cruises are more down south if it is warmer and if you think this would be a good time to go. Thanks in advance for your advise.

Bahamas may be cool. We cruised in early March in 2004. We had great weather in St. Thomas and St. Maarten, but it was high 70's on CC - not cold enough to keep us out of the water, though, and we had a great day!

We were on the Magic Eastern cruise that departed on February 19th of this year. The weather couldn't have been better!

I don't know that anyone can make a blanket statement concerning the weather in February. However, there has been some very nice cruising weather during that timeframe.
