Cruising in January, Bahamas & Caribbean

I’m thinking about switching our 7/25 Fantasy Eastern Caribbean to 1/2/21. Or maybe 12/19 Christmas sailing. Thoughts? Is it weird that as a northerner, I’m not sure I want my Caribbean vacation all decked out for the winter holiday?? Help me decide! Thanks!

The January 2 2021 cruise is a Star Wars day at Sea cruise so no, there will be no Christmas decorations on that cruise. The 12/19/20 cruise will be fully decked out. I'd LOVE to sail on a Merrytime cruise personally but my husband can't take vacation in December so I'm just a little bit jealous of those who can travel around Christmas lol

We did a Merrytime cruise once and really enjoyed it. The giant Christmas Tree on the dock at Castaway Cay was our absolute favorite! We'd do it again in a heartbeat.
