Cruisin' June 24, 2007 -- Wonder

I know it's still a while away... but is anyone cruising June 24th on the Wonder?

Here's a list of who's cruising as of 9/13/06
mydisneydream -- DH DS (11) DS (9) DD (5)
marcij -- DH DS (11) DS (8)
rsuthers -- with too many others to mention (my whole family -- grandparents, cousins, aunts, uncles, sisters, etc)

We are seriously considering this cruise. It would be my DH, 47, Me 40, DS 11 and DS 8. We've only done the 7 night before, but don't want to do the Med next summer.

Hi mydisneydream. We did book. I have boys that will be 11 and 8 during the cruise. This will be our fourth Disney cruise, but our first one on the Wonder.

So glad to hear someone else has already booked! It seems so far off!! The kids are PUMPED, and can't wait to go. We will be in WDW for my cousins wedding prior to the cruise, and we haven't even given that portion of the trip a thought yet...just the cruise planning .


We need to keep a group of us together, so we don't loose touch! I just talked to a friend of ours tonight, and they might book at the same time...what a blast!

Sorry I've been missing for a while... it's been a busy couple of weeks and the vacation has been a little out of mind :-/ I will try and post my original message (although I'm a DIS newbie... so I can't guarantee I'll be successful)

Hello everyone! I have a question -- are any of you getting a room at Atlantis for the day? If so, where did you find the best price? We've been over to the resort on RCL several times for the day, once even doing a beach day, but we didn't have access to the slides. I read somewhere that there is or may be a new excursion that includes access to everything, but it seemed much nore expensive than getting a room. Has anyone researched this yet? I have to confess that since I've only been on the Magic before I didn't pay much attention to the Bahamas excursions.

I know there is a sister resort across the street that will give you full access to the resort (sorry, can't remember the name)

Hello gang! We (DW, DS(9), DD(7)) will be on this cruise as well!

We are traveling with a rather large group for my parents 40th aniversary. So I have 2 sisters that will be joining us, one with her husband and twin daughters. Also another family, total 14, will be with us as well. Same kinda deal, parents 40th with kids and grand kids.

Glad I finally found this thread! This will be my families 3rd Disney Cruise. We did a wonder 3 night 2002 and a magic 7 night in 2004. For the 7 night, we met sooo many DisBoard memebers here before that it seemed like we knew everyone on the boat!

Welcome to our group! We're not a very chatty bunch yet, but I'm hoping more people join in on the fun! We had a small group last summer that met on the DIS cruise thread-- about 40 people, but they were a fun group and we still keep in touch. I loved running in to them all over the ship.

I noticed its a bit of a slow moving thread, but hopefully it will get rockin here in a bit.

We are still in contact with a few friends we met here before our cruise back on '04. In fact we just spent Thanksgiving at WDW with one of the families. Turns out we are both DVC memebers, so we decided to schedule a trip at the same time.

Texas huh?? Cowboys fan?? We are in Baltimore, MD so Ravens fans here.

Yes, we are Cowboys fans, but we're even bigger Mavericks and Stars fans. To say we've been frustrated with the Cowboys is an understatement....
