Cruise with no ressies?

has anyone ever tried showing up at the doc to see if there is a cancellation?

we are looking for september 12th cruise...

I haven't tried, but it might be worth it to just call everyday and ask about making a reservation. Cancellations do happen. That combined with showing up at the dock - you may just score a cruise!

That might not cut it..........only because if there is a cancellation, they probably tell the Captain not to come to work that day........You don't generally see any Captains hanging around without a "party" to take out.............

you might find an open boat but no one to drive it..........

I agree, you don't see the Captains just hanging around.

Keep calling at 6:58 right up until you're leaving. We got lucky and booked one a few days before we left because someone else had cancelled.

what cruise are you talking about? i thought you were talking about the Disney cruise?
sounds like other folks think you mean a fireworks cruise..?
