Just curious, when planning a cruise wedding, when are you generally letting guests know? Like, informally which cruise when you book it, and a more formal invitation later on? I'm considering a cruise wedding.

Hi there!

First off- congrats! I'm happy you're considering a cruise wedding- that's what we did and we had a blast! We just let everyone know what our plans were for the cruise once we booked. We let everyone know the dates and booked it about a year in advance to give people time to save. We actually didn't bother to do formal invites just because we pretty much knew within a month or two after letting people know who was able to/wanted to come on the cruise. If a formal invitation is something that's important to you, I'd let guests know when you book informally what the dates are and then send out something more formal about 4-6 months in advance, but make sure people at least know the dates and what your plan is well before then so they have time to save money, take off work, etc.

If you have any other questions about the Disney Cruise wedding, don't hesitate to PM me as well! : D
