Cruise Website login

I've been trying to login on my laptop for days without success. I can login on the app no problem. I don't get an error message; it just keeps taking me back to the login box or it to the home page but not logged in. I even received an email indicating they had decide a new log in but I still wasn't logged in. Anyone else having this problem?

I was yesterday when I hit the login button on the website from my iPad. Wouldn’t log me in. Then I went to the already booked tag, which gave you the option to see your reservations. When I logged in from there, it worked.

Have you tried to clear all cookies/browsing history etc? When I have had problem with the DCL website, I have done this and it has helped.

Or try incognito/InPrivate browsing and see if it works. Then you know that likely clearing cookies would fix.

And instead of clearing all cookies...

I am not sure how this works in Chrome, but if you are using the newest Microsoft Edge, click the lock in the address bar (to the left of the site name you are looking at). You can then go into cookies and just delete the disney ones.
