MS received the list in late Dec. but I'm not sure when they are going to release the info. I asked them to fax or email but they said they could only give me the points over the phone for which ever cruise I was interested in.
So I guess your best bet is to call MS and ask for the points. Good Luck getting through.
I transferred my Feb 09 cruise to points from cash two weeks ago. The total points for the 4 of us were almost the same as 2008. Call MS with your dates and they will give you the points.

Just called MS, inquired for Jan 09 Eastern cruise and was surprised with how high the points are. For cat 11 its already 155 pts compared to 133 from '07/'08 point charts and this is just their regular itinerary (St.Maarten,St.John and St.Thomas,CC) not even the special ports like St. Croix and Tortola! and MS says this doesnt show as value season its under regular. The only value that shows in her list is the one for Aug 29/ Sept29 i think. Also its weird when the one for Jan 3 (St.Croix) is only 144 for Cat 11.
We booked a 7-night cruise to St. Maarten for July 2009. I called MS on Dec. 26 and they had just released the 2009 points chart that day. We booked a category 8 and the points went up quite a bit from what the 2007-2008 points chart listed.
I just booked a 2009 cruise for Oct 31. When I talked to membership they told me that 2009 is going to be very different for point value due to the new itenerary (St. Croix & Tortola) I was looking for value because I am taking the whole family (11 of us & 3 staterooms) I wanted Inside Cat 11. They said that there is a low value & High value and it is the same for Peak (low-high) For the month of October it is low value for Eastern & Western. I will be doing Western and the points for a Cat 11 is 136 per adults 88 points for our 7 & 11 year olds and 34 points for the 2 year old.
I did inquire about other times and the summer months are high peak I believe they said 232 points for adults and I think they said regular season was like 173 points (not sure if I am correct on these) but they were so paitient with me (several calls) and really helped to figure out how to get the best for what points I had to use!! Just give them a call and they will give the points and or cash for what dates you would like to do!! ( I also ended up paying cash for one adult, $954)
Hope this helps
In the past few years, in May of that year, MS has released special Fall Sailing discounts for those period in September during peak Hurricane season...
Last year I booked a 7 Day Eastern in May and it worked out to 360 points for a Cat 6 total.
We booked a Cat 9 for the 7 night cruise for June 27 - July 4 2009 for 2 adults and 2 kids The cash price was $6,831.60 before crediuts versus 934 points so we paid cash.
