cruise phone numbers? adding items?

Hi there! I need some help!
I am going on the 7 day Land and Sea 12/26/05-1/3/06
I would like to:
1. cancel my airfare, got my own
2. check on the bus transportation/Disney's Magical Express to see if i need to hire a towncar or shuttle or I don't know what
3. add the Dining Package to my Land portion
4. add REAS to my Sea portion

I don't even know if these things are possible! I am so confused! Does anyone have any info or phone numbers that I could call to handle these items?

I can tell you that you cannot add the meal plan. I tried and was told it is not part of the land/sea package!!!!!!
