Cruise Meet -April 21, 2012 - 7 Night Eastern Caribbean

Thanks for the nice welcome, everyone. Do you think that since this will be the first port call to St. Thomas and St. Martaan, that those ports will have anything special to welcome the Fantasy? I'm hoping so.

Welcome to everyone!

We will be staying in Concierge room 12508... and I believe from our Disney Dream cruise (with the gates) the FE was still possible, all guests have to do is knock on the Concierge lounge door and someone in Concierge will deliver them to us... We still received many goodies in ours on the Dream!

Or I would be willing to be the drop off person/room and I will deliver them to the other concierge rooms :goodvibes

My guess is that since we are not the "Maiden Voyage" there will not be anything special going on at the ports for our arrival :sad2: But I can not confirm that. Sorry not trying to disappoint you.

I am still very excited just to be apart of the Fantasy's Inagural voyages

Likewise, I'm just happy to be on the fourth voyage. It was going to be the third until they moved up the maiden voyage.

Good to know! Looks like we will be right down the hall from you!

So glad to be joining you. This will be our first DCL cruise and I'm soooo excited. Dh and I are taking our niece who will be 9 two days after we return. Dh is ampprehensive about this cruise, we have no children of our own and he is worried about being overwhelmed. DN and I are Disney nuts and I have taken her to the world twice, but thought it was time for something new. I'm hoping she will meet other kids and spend some time in the clubs with newfound friends to give Dh and I some alone (adult) time.

Looking forward to a great time!:yay:

We will have to have your niece meet my dd who will be turning 9 on the cruise along with her twin ds. It looks like there are a few other kids going within the same age range.
Dh and I want to enjoy some adult time also! :thumbsup2

We won't be far from you... 5650, aft, starboard... yes, we have the huge verandah we've all been hearing about and I couldn't be more excited!!!:cool1:

WELCOME!!!!
I am a little worried about some of the stateroom reports from the cabins close to ours. People are reporting a lot of noise and vibration from Evolution, Deck 4. We may be worried enough to move.....

I'm sure Chloe (niece) would love knowing there is someone her age, that she could look forward to meeting. Then you don't feel like the new kid in class with no friends. We will have to arrange a meeting. I'm not telling Chloe about the trip until next year. She knows we are trying to go sometime next year, but haven't told her I booked it. Would hate to disappoint her if it somehow fell through.

I will pm you my e-mail address. Once we get closer, maybe they could send an e-mail to each other. Or maybe even a picture so they have a friendly face to look for. :yay:

What stateroom do you have? From what I hear, it's not bad at all in the front section of aft cabins... if you're not there, maybe see if you can get there?

Just moved to 7180. Our daugther will be 5 on the trip and is a light sleeper...2AM is a bit too late for us so I decided to upgrade to an 8C and move to deck 7.

We'll be joining all of you too. We just got back from The 2/13 Dream and loved it so much that we booked this cruise while onboard. We're so excited! The Dream was awesome so we can't wait to see the Fantasy! It will be me, DH, DD will be 9 and DS will be 7.

This will be the Fantasys' first trip to the region so anything is possible however the DCL ships have been going there for years. Would be fun though!

I remember seeing photos of Nassau with signs welcoming the Dream to their port -- maybe we'll get the same.

I'm looking to see maybe Maagens bay or that beach near the airport (is that the one I just mentioned?).

Hello everyone! My family and I will be joining you on this cruise! Well, at least for now - dates for us could still change once we find out next year's school calendar.

This will be our second cruise, and first out of Port Canaveral - so still consider ourselves newbies I guess. We booked this cruise while on our first cruise just a couple of weeks ago on the Wonder in the Mexican Riviera! We loved it so much we couldn't walk away from the OBC. We look forward to going out of Disney's "home port", seeing the Caribbean and Castaway Cay for the first time, and staying closer to our time zone this time. Hopefully we can partake of more of the late night activities :-).

On the cruise will be 5 of us: myself, my wife, my sons (16 and 11) and my daughter (8). For now, we are on Deck 10, 10096. I know it is a looong way out, but look forward to joining you all.
