***Cruise Magnet Graphics and Links Part 4!***

LOL, Since I'm one of the disigners, my kids don't question the fact that I'm making magnets and on these boards. Our two upcoming cruises are a surprise for them! This falls cruise, we are sending them on a pirate Treasure hunt, where they will dig up my Disign, the one surprising them with the cruise, and telling them that they leave NOW!. We'll have the van all packed and will literally hop on in it for our 24 hour drive to FL! I've kept it a secret from them for 7 months thus far, whats another 4 1/2? But yes, LOTS of fun planning, and planning, and planning!


P.S. All requests for me, I'm working on them this evening, so check out this thread between tonight and tomorrow evening!

That is awesome! As a parent i can't hold it back, but if i was on the other side of it, that would be a really cool way to find out. I am extremely impatient too so not knowing would be so much easier than waiting for it to come.

Yeah but I have heard from others that waiting is part of the magic. I dont get it myself. It KILLS me! I swore I was going to get off this board after I had all my plans set.....but here I am!! Bugging you guys!! Moohahahaha!

We didn't tell our kids at all last September; they didn't have a clue until my son looked up from his iPod and saw the Magic at the dock, at which point he had a huge smile on his face and exclaimed "you've got some 'splainin' to do"

Yeah I guess you are right. We are CONSTANTLY talking about this trip. There is hardly any conversation I have with my family that does not come around to the trip. Can you TELL we need a vacation???

At the very least, I'd bet one or more of your magnet designs are! . If someone would like to conduct a study (funded, of course), I volunteer to be sent on some cruises to check the doors for magnets.

I hang out here a lot, too. People on this board are much nicer and friendlier than on some of the others. Must be all those creative vibes!

Yeah I tried to go to some other boards, but they weren't as interesting. I hand out on this thread because I just LOVE to see the pictures they come up with! And then every once in a while a design comes along and I just HAVE HAVE HAVE to ask for one! Right Jordak?? heheh I bug him to DEATH! I sure he sees my post and ducks hoping it isnt for him! I wish I was on his cruise. I would LOVE to meet him.

Greetings, wise and amazingly creative jordak (notice how I'm buttering you up, here)! I'd like to request a few more designs from my list (see, I'm still spreading them out). I'd like:
1) Blue background Steamboat Willie magazine cover for the Wonder, text would be "Welcome Aboard, Conrad Family". Would like this without any dates so it can be used more than once (saving you time and me, money)
2) Steamboat Willie stamp with yellow background and black edging. Text would be "Welcome Home, Conrad Family". Could we also put the following - "DVC Members since 2002", either on the edges where you sometimes do an itinerary, or in the bottom left corner, whichever you think would look better. Want to use this on the fridge in our villa.
3) Mickey and Minnie watching mickey head sunset. Text would be:
Happy Anniversary
Mindy and Don
30 wonderful years and counting
