Can we take our Treasure popcorn bucket on the Dream for popcorn refills?
You should for sure be able to use that on the Treasure thenWe got the Treasure bucket on the Dream earlier in Aug so that one definitely
My wife was the popcorn maker at a theater chain here in the 1970s. ALL the popcorn was made on Thursday night, bagged up and put in the warmer as needed over the next 7 days. No fresh made popcorn in the snack bar. They had to count cups, popcorn containers, hot dogs, hamburgers every night at closing. It had to match sales. Seems crazy to me because the cost of paying people to stay and do inventory HAD to cost more than any product that might have been given away.Officially, no...but unofficially, probably. I used to work in concessions at a movie theater, popcorn is cheap to buy, and our inventory system didn't really track the popcorn dispensed, just the bags. Sure we might spoil popcorn that hadn't been sold if it was a large volume, but a handful of refills every now and then to the "wrong" bucket? No, that's not going to throw off the popcorn inventory estimates.
The reality is that most people aren't going to cram a popcorn bucket into their luggage.
We hadn’t cruised since 2019 and in my mind the popcorn buckets were more expensive than they actually were. It was only $9.00 including the popcorn and $1.75 refills. We actually bought another bucket. Had I known I wouldn’t have packed ours! But if you’re coming directly from the parks it’s worth keeping your park bucket.Just me but having to pack a popcorn bucket would be more trouble than it's worth. On our Disney cruise the most popular movie snack was plates of french fries from Plutos Dog house on the pool deck.
