If you call late in the evening, they often won't take your call. Don't wait until the last hour or so before closing to call. It's a customer-unfriendly practice, but I've noticed it, too. If you call during the morning or afternoon & press the option for booking a new cruise, you'll get through with a short wait.Been trying all week to get through to DCL phone systems and none of them are able to take calls…..what seems to be the problem!! No one is available to take calls!
Yes, hit the "new cruise booking" option. That's the only way to get through.I have tried calling both the castaway club number and the regular number…multiple evenings between 7-9pm. I cannot even get through…just says “we are experiencing unusually high call demand and are unable to take your call at this time.” I just want to add transfers from WDW to port and port to WDW. Any tips???
