My math is awful. ;) My sister is considering going to WDW in Feb for her 50th b'day with her partner and their 8 yo daughter. She said they were quoted $3500 for 4 nights hotel/park tickets plus a 3 nt Disney cruise. Don't think that includes the dining package. THey'd still have to book air. I said that seemed reasonable, but then I thought, hey, that's 500/day! PLUS air. PLUS food on the land portion. Having never priced the cruises though, I didn't know if it was a good deal. Opinions? THey are looking at early Feb, low season, and I think a moderate hotel.

I am always unsure of package pricing. My suggestion would be to go online to Disney cruiseline and see how much the cruise would be on its own and then see how much the hotel would be on its own (disneyworld.com). Of course, it depends which category she is booking on the cruise, the higher the price. Also, the higher the category, the more expensive the hotel. The one thing about the package is that it should include your ground transfers as well, so keep that in mind when pricing everything seperately. It's also worth while to get a quote from somewhere else besides disney. For example, I am trying to book a cruise at the end of September, and the quote I got online from CAA was about $150 less per person than what Disney is quoting. Good luck!

They would be better off booking everything seperately. Cheaper.

Also, a 4 day cruise would be better than a 3 day!
