Cruise in Winter 05/06

I have cruised on Disney twice (1 4-day Wonder & 1 Eastern Magic) and I am planning a "celebration" trip for my DH and I. We will both be finished with our Master's Degree in December '05, and I am wondering when is a good time to go. I have been in March and April in the past so I am wondering how January or February are. I would love to go around Christmas, but for the extra money probably won't be able to. Any tips?

Also, I have seen so many great posts about using the Travel Agents, so I will check that route. Do you still get your Castaway Club gift if you don't book directly through Disney?

We've cruised twice in February and we love it. Just try to avoid President's Day weekend, as it can be a little crowded.

Booking through a travel agent should have no effect on your Castaway Club status (or gift). Just make sure that your TA has the number to give Disney.

We loved January. Got us out of the cold northeast weather and was very warm everywhere we went. We now go every January to somewhere warm.

Yes, you will get your CC gift regardless where you book. Have fun.
