cruise documents...

Sometimes we've gotten ours almost 8 wks. early. Once we got them a week before we cruised. Who has their documents right now that was surprised to get them so early?

We cruise March 15th but leave home on the 12th. Does Fed Ex deliver all documents or do some come in the regular mail?

sandee.. glad you posted this, as I was just wondering the same thing today myself--it SHOULD be pretty soon, right? Keep in touch to compare notes when they arrive! natt

All documents are sent by courier. I've seen the process of how they are put together, bundled and prepared for shipping out, it is amazing!

DCL generally says to expect receipt of them 2 to 6 weeks prior to sailing and for each of my 10 cruises, it has been between that time.

The docs. for our March 13th sailing arrived yesterday...a very pleasant surprise to come home to
Lately we have had to pick them up at Fed Ex to sign for them, so I was especially surprised to see them there. I don't know if one of oour neighbors signed (we live in a condo, and they were inside the security door) or if Disney has changed their policy. They used to just be left when we first started sailing, but a few months ago they switched to the siganture policy...hopefully they have switched back.
