Cruise Documentation Question - Need Help!

Has anyone experienced this problem??? My wifes sister who is 20yoa is travelling with us next week on the Wonder. She just recently had her purse stolen with all her Photo ID's in it. How strict is DCL with having a Federal,State or Local Photo ID. She will be able to get a student ID with her photograph on it along with her birth certificate and a paper drivers license. Will these documents satisfy the check-in requirements? Thanks for the help!!

I would have to say you need to contact DCL directly. It is better to be safe than sorry. Also, will you be flying? You should check with the airline as well.
