I'm sure these ?'s have been asked before... sorry...

We will be sailing on 11/30 DH, me and DS (15).

On the Departure Information Card (regarding air / car/ resort)
Do we have to fill that out for each person? We are driving our own car. Or is it one per family?

Basically the same question for the Cruise Embarkation Form and the Payment Authorization Form... 1 per family? Just the Adults? Minor under 18?

Check the inside flap of the "luggage" envelope. Not sure about the departure info card!

I believe that you need to fill out one copy of everything except the Payment Authorization form. You only need to fill out one payment form per stateroom, or per credit card. You can have the whole room's accont tied to one card, and list the people who have charging privileges on the single payment form.
