Cruise Doc Questions

We are on the May 15th Wonder cruise, going over our packets, I have 2 questions about the fill-outs, if any one could help me. First, if my husbabnd and I are using the same credit card do we each fill that page out or just have him fill his out with me as an authorized signer, we are both on our VISA card, and 2nd, I have seen this somewhere else in the threads, but can not remember where, what is to be put down as the departing city, since we are leaving out of Port Canaveral? Hate to be a bother but we are newbies to this. Tahnks a bunch!!!

I have the same questions, plus one more. On the Bahamas immigration forms, how many nights' stay do we put in - 2 (for Nassau and Castaway Cay) or 4 (for the whole cruise)?

Since you are both using the same credit card...only one authorization is needed with the other as authorized user.

I believe you put in zero for amount of nights because you are not spending the night in the bahamas...just visiting (I am sure someone will post if I am mistaken).

You would put Cape Canaveral as deparing city. Some also put Cocoa Beach or Port Canaveral.

The CMs at the port told me to put in "PC" for departing city as Port Canaveral wont fit the spaces.

We were told to put "1" down for the # of nights, and to list the Disney Wonder as the place we were staying.

Hello Again, just talked to a CM @ Disney and she said to put 0 for the nights stay and of course do not mark any of the accomadations, and she said to put PT. Canaveral in the space "City where Boarded this Ship". Of course everyone has a different story, but we will all get off the ship I am sure. Can't wait until we cruise May 15th, no Shuttle tho!! What a BUMMER!!!!!!
