cruise director?

Who is the cruise director on the Magic now? We've had Jim as the director on our previous cruise. Also who is the captain of the Magic now. Who are some other memorable cm on board now? The CM really make the cruise.

We were on the May 1st Magic and Kari was the cruise director (she was wonderful) and the captain was Captain Tom.

The cruise director is Rachel. The captain is Cpt. Tom (who dd met in her kids club and said "he's not very happy--he never smiled")

Memorable cruise staff are Andrea, Chip, Dimitri, Kelly, Clare, DJ C, and ?Mora. Most have just joined DCL in the last few months. Kelly has been there a year, Andrea 2 years.

Andrea and Chip led Bingo and it was a hoot! I think I went as much to watch them as to win money (which I never won)

WOW, we were on the May 8th Magic and the cruise director was Rachel.

Kara left to go to the Wonder for awhile. Disney tries to keep married couples together as much as possible. I agree--we were on the May 1st---she is wonderful!

I was also on the May 8th and everything OhioMinnie said is very true and accurate. Although, by the time the 7th day was there I was somewhat sick of hearing Rachels voice...Dimitri, he had his thoughts elsewhere everytime I saw him: Can I say, a very large chested blonde that wore very skimpy clothes the whole cruise...he really paid a lot of attention to her child...I found it very inappropriate for a guy in his position. Everyone was pretty entertaining though. I met Cpt. Tom, and he sure is lacking for a personality....appeared to be one of Disney's animated character, but made out of plastic...

We have sailed with Andrea a few times and she really is wonderful!!!! The rest of the names are new to me...when we sailed in Feb the cruise staff was Andrea, Que, Andy, Karen, Ellen and a few others....the cruise staff does seem to get new additions all the time!! They have a realy grueling schedule.

Every Disney cruise i went on i always had Jackie, spelled Jacqui. She was ALWAYS SMILING!!

In January on the Magic we had Rachel and Capt. Tom. Glen from UK CM and Orlan and Elvira our servers were all memorable.

I was on the 5/1 Magic. I loved Andrea and Chip! YEAH BABY!

Dimitri was cool too as well as DJC and Kelly.

All in all, I loved them all. I did get a little tired of hearing Kara. She talked and talked. What it took her 15 minutes to say, I think I could have said in 3-5. It was a good thing she had a soothing voice! She was nice though.

you can say that again... I love accents (Glenn from UK!!!),I'm sorry, but she was totally annoying. I don't know what it was about her voice...it almost seemed like she was trying way too hard to be way too cheery!!

Yeah, Jacqui was our cruise director on our February Wonder cruise. She was excellent!

We had Cruise Director Jim on a few cruises. I heard that he received a promotion and is in the Celebration Office.
