Cruise director on the Wonder?

I believe the Freezing the Night Away event is only on the Alaskan and Northern European cruises. It replaces Pirate night.

We didn't have Freezing on our Oct Wonder cruise.

In reviewing the Navigators from Princessmommyx3's cruise on the Wonder last week (Sailed on the 6th of November out of Galveston) They had the Freezing the night away event.

But thanks for the input. I was not expecting that event on our cruise this Friday, but since it was on her cruise last week I thought I would ask the question. ;-)

Oh man, I wish I had thought to ask but I didn't! If I had to guess I would say that yes, Freezing the Night Away will probably continue for the Very Merrytime sailings on the Wonder since it sort of ties in to the winter theme. The party was very popular and a lot of resources were put into it, & there was even a frozen themed dinner with special menus & everything. This is just purely a guess though!

I also just remembered that I spoke to a woman at the port who got off the ship from the Panama Canal cruise the day that we boarded & she said that they had Freezing the Night Away on their cruise as well.

Just checked the in-room gift...and now also see the Frozen packages on our cruise. I swear they were not there earlier...when someone mentioned Vancouver port that is where I had to click to see them.

We are sailing on the Wonder this Friday, and I wanted to see if anyone knows who the Cruise Director should be? I know Clayton has been on the Wonder, but I didn't know if he got off after the Panama Canal cruise, or if he was still on board. Has anyone here been on board the Wonder out of Galveston this year? I know there has only been 1 completed cruise out of Galveston since the PC cruise, but just wanted to see if anyone knew if it was still Clayton or if it was someone else. Thanks!

We saw it in the Navigator the night before and went sign up for it at the guest services desk.

I was coming to ask this question. My daughter has autism and so we've been prepping her for the cruise like we did last time and she asked if Clayton would be our cruise director again. She loved him. I hope he is. We sail on the Wonder on Dec. 18
