What's a DVC cruise cost in dollars? Say a cabin in the category 5 or 6 range, with a balcony.

It looks like this cruise stops only at Castaway Cay. What else makes it different or special compared to other Disney cruises?

icruise.com is a good place to check and compare prices. As a rule, using points will return about $6.50 to $6.75 per point compared to cash. If one is a FL resident, that can drop to less than the maint fees on the points or around $4.50 per point compared to cash.

PS. I have never seen an instance where using points outside DVC was efficient. I plan to pay all cash for the cruise. Our points are too precious.
