Cruise check-in without lead person on reservation there yet?

Taking a New Year's eve cruise on the Wonder from Galveston this year with my family of 5 and my 2 sisters and brother-in-law. One of my sisters is officially registered in my sister and brother-in-law's room. Originally, just my 2 sisters were going and when my brother-in-law was able to get off work, my sister added him to her cabin. My other sister will be sleeping in one of our 2 cabins with our kids. We live in various places in Texas and may be driving in at different times. Can my sister that isn't the lead person on her reservation check in without my sister who is the lead person? She and her husband probably will be arriving for a few hours later.
