cruise cancel question

Dh and i have a sept 4 th cruise on Fantasy planned. Changed date before it was canceled in dec 2020, so no credits to worry about.. So here is my question if this cruise is canceled after PIF, will i be able to move my payment to a DW package?? Is there enough time to switch to park vacation?? I SO WANT TO CRUISE!! But need to prepare if unable.

You will be need to get the 100% refund from DCL in order to use the money at WDW as the two book independently from each other.
