My activities reservation window opens on December 28th. Where can I research activities that might be available on my cruise in April. The Fantasy just got refurbished so there is not a lot of current info that I can find. I'd rather not just wing it that day and try and figure out what is available to do in the frenzy of booking.

The Fantasy spent the summer in Europe and there are a lot of cruise vlogs on YouTube. The activities dont really change much, so just search and you will find the most recent vlogs. Also Disney Cruise Blog has a whole section for the daily planners. They used to be paper but are now on the App and people send in screen recordings which Disney Cruise Blog puts on YouTube.

Also the following are the activities which will be available to book before your cruise. Its is only the optional extra charge activities which you book before the cruise.
  • Drinks Tastings
  • Spa treatments including Nail and Hair Services
  • Rainforest Room
  • Royal Gathering - Free Princess Meet and Greet in The Atrium
  • Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique Children's Makeup and Hair
  • Royal Court Royal Tea - Princess Afternoon Tea For Children Event
  • Photo Packages
  • Its A Small World Nursery
  • Port Excursions
  • Goofys Sports Simulator

The website has all the port adventures. You can filter to see just the ports your cruise is stopping. The previous post has most of the onboard stuff that you can book. Only thing I see that is missing is the speciality restaurants like Palo and Remy which are bookable then. The free Princess meets and greet is available 30 days out. Closer to when you do your online check in.

As Skippyboo said, in addition to the list above, when your booking window opens you may be able to book brunch or dinner for adults at Palo or Remy.

On specialty cruises, there may be other free character meets that are bookable 30 days before the cruisealong with the Royal Gathering.

On the Disney Cruise website, if you select Destinations and Port Adventures, then scroll down and select the region in which you are cruising, you can look at past excursions that have been offered in each port. Some of these may not available on your cruise, but it will give you an idea of what is possible.

You can select Our Ships, then Spa & Salon and Senses Spa to get to a list of spa treatments, and you can select Nightclubs & Lounges then Beverage Tastings to get a list of what tastings have been offered.
