We used them once without any problems. Service was good and they even adjusted the price when the cruise line adjusted theirs. I would use them again.

Thanks everyone for the responses. I did post this on the cruise forum as well. I wanted to post it everywhere because I wasn't getting any responses. Anyone else with any experience with them?

Yes I booked a short cruise with them a few years ago. I was pleased and would use them again.

If you are a Costco member You might also want to check prices with them.
