Be WDW in a week! My son loves Cruella Deville and 101 Dalmations. IS she around in the parks? I saw her on the vacation video, but that is a couple years old. We're staying at All Movies. Is she there? Plus, is there a store or anything we should check out for Dalmations merchandise? Thanks.

Also, how do you know where to find which characters. Is there a list somewhere? That would be great.

Are character breakfasts worth the time and money? If so, which ones? Thanks!

I will answer one of your questions. At MK Cruella is most frequently seen at what use to be the 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea. She along with many other villains use that stage as their meet and greet area.

I have seen her numerous times in, near and around the Expisition Hall.

As an adult with no kids in my party I don't do the character breakfasts very often but they are still magical when I do them. They actually come to your table and give your child(ren) one on one time with them.

There is no list of character scheduled appearances. Ask any CM where a particular character is and they have a number they can call to tell you when so-and-so will be. Just tell them which park you are going to be in and they will tell you what time and where you are LIKELY to see you character(s) of choice.

As for merchandise I will leave that one to others.

I have also seen Cruella at the Fantasyland Character Festival (the old 20,000 Leagues queue area), but I don't believe that area is being utilized currently. Some suggestions: in MK, try Town Square in the mornings or the hub area in the afternoon and at Disney-MGM, try in front of the Sorcerer's Hat, especially in the early afternoon - I believe the parade characters come out then.

Upon entering the parks, you can pick up a times guide that will list a lot of the character appearances (among other things). One thing I found on my most recent trip is to ask a CM if you're looking for a character.

The Fantasyland Character Festival is not being used for meet-and-greets currently. The best places to look for Cruella now are Town Square at MK in the morning and in the Courtyard near Mickey's Hat at MGM in the afternoon.

I saw her at MGM near the Sorcerer's hat. I agree, ask a CM for help.

Also, you'll find great photo opp's at AS Movies and at the WAY back of the Exposition Hall in MK (cut outs to take pictures with).

HTH!

We found her this year back by the exit of Tower of Terror at MGM.
She came out of the gift shop area of Tower of Terror.

We were there in February, and she was right at the entrance to Magic Kingdom - the very first character we saw when we walked in. My daughter just happened to have a fur collar on her shirt, and Cruella went on and on about how much she loved her shirt, in true Cruella style. It was really cute.

We were just there a couple of weeks ago...gotta tell you our Cruella story. My 4 year old daughter dressed as a dalmation for the MNSSHP. While we were meeting Princess Aurora, she asked my daughter if she had seen Cruella. We told her no but we would like to. Princess Aurora said to look for her in the parade that night and to ask a cast member where we might find Cruella to actually meet her.
A few hours go by, we see Cruella in the parade, and a cast member tells us that Cruella will be in front of the castle after the parade.
My daughter had a cute conversation with her. Cruella kept telling her how pretty her coat (dalmation costume) was. Then, she says, "Princess Aurora told me you were here."
My daughter's eyes were as big as saucers. I was quite impressed myself. That is so DISNEY!
We even saw her later in the week duirng the parade at MGM and she said something to my daughter like, "there's my little puppy."
We loved her!

Last June we saw Cruella near the Sorcerere's hat in MGM and in the Town Square area of MK.

Am I the only one who misses her in her red dress, boots, and coat? I used to love watching her at MGM! I wish they would dress her in that outfit more often.
