I was helping a friend try to secure a reservation for CRT. We’ve been trying for several days and one finally popped up today! I quickly secured it and then realized I was still logged in as myself Can they just give my name when checking in? I booked it with my credit card, she is fine just paying me or can they refund and switch it at the restaurant?

I am certain "Hi, we have X:00 reservations under [name]!" will work without a second thought from the CM. If the sky is green that day, and they do ask to like scan your friend's MB or something very unusual, then your friend would just explain that they accidentally made the reservations under an account that's not tied to their MB. I think there's virtually zero chance your friend doesn't get seated. I wouldn't worry about this.
