Crt

I did this with my best friends on the college program on our last weekend and while the atmosphere was nice, it was waaay overpriced. The food was average, no better than elsewhere on property.

Depends on what you are looking for---for us it was the experience for our children. The food is average, but the atmosphere can't be beat! Our server, David, was the bomb and completely in character. Of course my husband loved Jasmine and my boys loved their swords. It takes 2 TS credits if you are on the DDP and we don't do it every year, but it is a nice treat every other year or so. Hope this helps.

Food is average but when else can you eat in Cinderella's castle :cloud9:

We love eating here as it IS DISNEY

If your doing breakfast ~ it makes better economic sense just to pay cash for the meal rather than use 2T credits.

Breakfast is $35 for adults and $24 for kids.

Most 1TS places are the same cost so you should use your TS on other meals, if that makes sense?

I agree with praline -- we go there for the atmosphere and the princesses more than the food. You get to meet 5 princesses while relaxing in a castle and being served -- and it's fun.

We've had many breakfasts there, but tried lunch this time and were pleasantly surprised!

Breakfast is served all-you-can-eat family style. At lunch, you order off a menu, so each person can choose their own entree and dessert. We liked that much better, but that's really a personal choice.

So, if you're looking for great food, go elsewhere. If you want to meet the princesses and have fun in the ambiance of the castle, then it's worth going to CRT.:)

On DD's 4th birthday our plan in BBB first thing in the morning, then My Disney Princess's tea part at GF, and we wanted to finish with dinner in the castle. However, I'm worried that we won't get our dinner ressies. Our 90 days out hits Wednesday and I can hardly take the waiting. So, I was hoping to hear some negatives that will make me less upset if we don't get the dinner ressies. Are all of the princesses there for Dinner?

At dinner, Cinderella is in the lobby for pictures and Fairy Godmother and the mice are making the rounds during dinner - no princesses. The princesses are only there for breakfast and lunch.

You could always do dinner at Askershus (Norway - Epcot) and see the princesses!

All of the princesses are NOT there for dinner. For dinner at CRT, there will be Cinderella posing for your picture - and during the dinner the Fairy Godmother (and mice) will come out and do a short show. For this reason, dinner doesn't interest us. (And it might be an easier ADR to get than breakfast or lunch for that reason).

You will see 5 princesses (one is Cinderella for the picture) at breakfast or lunch. We had breakfast in the castle. There was nothing bad or ugly about it - just the price! We thought the food was good and the princesses were charming. It was a nice way to start the day and see a lot of princesses. We felt a little rushed, though - we had a more relaxed breakfast at Akershus (also meeting 5 princesses). That's probably my only complaint about CRT.

If you are calling right at 90 days, you should be able to get an ADR. If you can't, Akershus is a great alternative if you want to meet princesses.
