I did ask this on the dining reservations forum but didn't receive a response so thought I would ask here

I am about to make an ADR for CRT and I am unsure about how the prepaying works when people in your group are paying two ways.
We are two families going together as one group, one on DDP and one using TIW. What happens when I book CRT online?
Will I be paying for the whole group on my credit card and under our reservation (no dining plan) so I assume my CC will be charged immediately for the whole group, then at the restaurant I show TIW and they will refund the difference is that right? And what about the friends who are going to use DDP to pay for the meal? Will they refund my CC with their meals also?
When I book is there somewhere that I can say, how many on that ADR are going to pay with DDP and how many will not be using DDP?
I just don't want to book and prepay for the meal for my friends and then when they arrive at CRT they can not use the DDP credits and are then left to pay and also left with two dining credits per person.
If we were to make two separate ADR's one for each familiy at the same time, will we be able to combine our group when we get to the restaurant? (it will be 6 people combined)
