First time poster here!

Our family is heading down Oct 19 for a stay at WL and have booked CRT for dinner on one of the nights. Our 5-year old is a big fan of Cinderella and especially the stepsisters, so I was wondering if it was worth switching to Cinderella's Gala Feast at 1900 PF instead. Any insight / comparisons would be most appreciated! Especially if CRT is that much better to warrant the extra TS Credit. Thanks in advance!

CRT dinner is in the castle so that's one big difference.

CRT only has Cinderella downstairs and then the Fairy Godmother and the 2 female mice are upstairs and come out for a celebration ceremony every once in awhile.

CRT has a menu.

CRT has a photo package and the free wand

CRT is expensive and pre-paid.

Gala Feast is a buffet style.

Gala Feast has Cinderella, Prince Charming, Lady Tremaine,
Anastasia and Drizella. They all circulate except one is usually the greeter at the door.

Gala Feast is cheaper than CRT but has no photo package or wand.

Given that she is a huge Cinderella fan, I don't think you should miss either one. There is something magical about eating at HER castle in the middle of the MK. Plus she'll get that one-on-one moment with her when she has her picture taken. On the other hand, I've heard nothing but great reveiws of the characters at the Gala Feast, so you can't go wrong either way. Tough choice...too hard to pick one, but I'm slightly partial to the castle experience.

We ate breakfast at the castle with Cinderalla in March. The food was fine and the castle was beautiful but the character interaction was limited. The characters seemed to move through the crowd pretty quickly and you really didn't have very much time to take pictures. Also, the only place you get to actually see Cinderalla is downstairs before the meal. Everyone lines up, has a quick picture and then goes upstairs to eat. We had far more character interaction when we ate at PF. The characters seemed to take their time at everyone's table. They spoke to our girls, asked them questions about their costumes and posed for several pictures. I didn't feel quite so rushed even though we were there at supper time and every table was filled. A word of caution, PF can get pretty loud so if your children are sensitive to noise this may not be the best choice for you. I don't have any real complaints about either place, however, they were very different dining experiences.

The character interaction at CRT is minimal but the experience is amazing and you definitely feel like you are royalty! The service I had there was UNBELIEVABLE and we ate there just around the time for Wishes which is really cool because they dim the lights, pipe in the music and you are right there for the fireworks! We always request a window seat!
You do get a little one on one time with Cinderella but not the interaction you get at Park Fare! It just depends on if you want the interaction or the feeling of being in Cinderellas castle? CRT is more expensive but I do it every year and love it! The food is decent and our pictures are great! :mickeyjum :tink: princess:
