CRT try it again?

Last august we had a very terrible CRT experience. And it wasn't the food. Our waiter was in need of lots of pixie dust, Our guest cindy, mary poppins etc.. took over an hour to make it to us, they kept missing our section? BUT is it time to try it out again? Was this a fluke? Seems by the hoards of fans of crt, it must be? I like the room, the characters when they did get to us, we had great window seats (but in august sun I was burned to a crisp by then and sweating profusely), the food was good IMHO. But the waiter was so nasty, to our table, and all the ones around us, we all just looked at each other and shugged, what is going on with this guy? Tell this was a fluke, PLEASE! I just got seating for 2 again this august, we are going to try it again, but we got an early time, maybe that better? ( if I can talk sister into it) .

FYI: If your having trouble getting CRT for your family try dividing up to "2"'s I had a lot of choices offered with different days and I did not get up at the crack of dawn and call, these are open untapped times left open. Maybe you can seat separately if needed or just do mom and daughter? If she really needs to go? Just a thought.

It is always good to give a place 2 tries. Hope your 2nd time works out. We were there last year and had a great time. Our server was good and the food was awesome.

We were there for the first time on Tuesday and I thought it was very nice. We did the breakfast and were seated right away. Our CM was very attentive and checked back with us a lot, always making sure we had refills on coffee and juice. The princesses took a bit of time to get to us (we had finished eating), but it was fine. They were in the main part of the dining room when we got there and there are several tables there. We were on one of the upper areas.
I would give it a try again!
