CRT still available in August

We are doing a last minute trip to WDW. I was surprised to see that there are still reservations available for CRT in the last week of August. I thought I would post in case anyone else is still looking.

AS far as I know the Court then dismissed the claim on the ground that the plaintiff lacked a right of action, since there was no contract between the plaintiff and the defendant.

1) Now we see why there are still openings.
2) Makes sense to me.
