CRT Reservations!!!

I called this morning at 7:00am on the dot and got a CM who helped me with my request for breakfast at CRT..I got a reservation for breakfast for 8 at 10:10am - whee!!!!! but...we have 9 in our party what am I going to do??? The cast is as follows:
Me, DH & DD (2)
Sister & BIL
Mom
MIL & FIL
SIL

So, far...no one has volunteered to back out. I had to take the reservation - it was all they had for our entire trip! Uggh. Oh, well...it will work out. I am jsut soooooo excited to have got in

I havent called back - the CM said that all she had available for my entire trip was either a table of 4 (well, 2 tables) or a table of 8. I guess I need someone to cancel to get an opening.

That is a little unfortunate but be glad you got it as you might very well have not gotten anything as you didn't start calling until 7.

You might score a cancellation so you never know.

That is a little unfortunate but be glad you got it as you might very well have not gotten anything as you didn't start calling until 7.

You might score a cancellation so you never know.

When you get to the podium, tell them politely that you now have 9 in your party. They will do their best to work with you. It's worked for me in the past.

You could let your DD sit in someones lap or use the 8 chairs for the adults and get a highchair for your DD. Just a thought!

Is this for your trip 2 months away or on your 180 day mark? Just curious, my 180 day mark is at the end of this month and didn't think it was a problem if you called 180 days out.
Congratulations on the ressie! I would tell them you have 9 when you check in at the podium- I've read where people do this all the time and most do not have a problem getting everyone in. But, I'd have a back up plan just in case!

I asked about that too - they said for "safety reasons" each person needed a "seat" wheather it was for a child or adult. The CM said the high chair counted as one of the 8 seats. Bummer.

It is for my trip on October. I misread the information and thought I could only call 90 days in advance, didnt know about the 180 days. Had I had the correct information, maybe I would have got the ressie for 9. I guess it wont hurt to try showing up with 9 - maybe it will work.
