When I booked our ressie there was a disclaimer about renovations in FL and how the windows would be covered etc. My DD's want to cancel now. Should we? Will the remodel impact our experience? Thanks

Do you know the dates for the "remodel"? We have paid to dine at CRT the end of Novermber. Remodel was not metioned when I made the reservation.

I am not sure of the exact dates, but we are going the last week of Nov/1st of Dec.

Just ate there on Thursday for our anniversary and window coverings were down. We had a table right next to the window and a wonderful view into Fantasyland. So no, don't cancel.

there are just a small handful of tables that are near a window anyway. Chances are slim that you would get one, we never have, so I would go and enjoy the atmoshpere.

Is is possible that the windows are covered with lights that time of year?:confused3

possible that it is an outdated note. There was previously a note about window coverings and there were some up earlier this year. They were taken down sometime in June.

The windows may have been covered to block the view of the construction going on out back (a major rehab in Fantasyland and Mickey's Toontown). That's just a guess.

As a previous poster mentioned, there is only a slim chance you would get a window seat anyway. Go and enjoy!

we have booked to have dinner there for my friends 21st birthday and dont spose it would affect our joy at having dinner there!! would it be worth calling and telling them we are celebrating a special birthday? or should i just mention it when we arrive to be seated

thanx
