CRT - refund for one person?

We have a reservation at CRT next week. My mom is sick and may not be joining us on the trip at all. Since we prepaid for the meal, will we get a refund if one less person shows up? Thanks!

Yes. You need to let them know that one person won’t be able to join you at check in. I would also double check the bill at the end to make sure the person was taken off.

If you want to, you can also call Disney dining and have them note that on your ADR so they know that you tried to change the ADR. It’s a tough ADR to change so they will understand that you can’t just cancel and rebook it.

At the end of the meal they will adjust for actual totals… including number of diners and discounts such as AP. Any money back will go onto the card you used to book.

Yes I agree I would call Disney dining and have them modify (not cancel it) to have one less person.
