Is the new price change that takes place ( I think in Feb.) changing whether you will go and eat at the restaurant or not? I was just curious...we are planning a trip for next Oct. and we have already decided to do the other princess' meal at Epcot and not CRT,

Just Curious....

Actually, you can't get in unless you are paying and having a meal...

So I guess that would be a yes.

If you are asking whether the price increase/changes to the CRT meal made me change my mind about planning a meal there, the answer is a definite yes. No CRT for us -- we'll do the Princess Breakfast at Norway and the Gala Feast at 1900 Park Fare instead.

Yes, it will. Lunch at CRT was a favorite tradition of ours. We have dined there once now since it became a character meal. The characters did a great job and the atmosphere is as magical as always. But we didn't care for the appetizers, the sandwich is smaller than it used to be minus the great greens, and we didn't care for the dessert. All of this for a much higher price. :confused3 I know the price includes the experience with the princesses but we miss the quiet lunch. We're going one last time in January so our daughter who wasn't with us in October can experience it again.

Then we'll start a new tradition for our first MK day.

Nope the price won't deter me from going. When its just Dh and I we probably won't go to CRT, we didn't like the food that much. But if we take Dniece or go with another family that has a little girl in love with princesses we will pay the price in a heartbeat. Its really an event with food, so I think its worth it.

We actually had reservations there for January 15, and canceled them (clearly not due to the price increase, which doesn't take place for another two week). I just didn't feel that it was worth it, to me, as it was. Our niece is only 1; I suppose if our niece was 6 we'd do it, even at the new price.

Nope! We're going. It's my 30th B'day and I can't wait. Just DH and me (we have no children, yet). I want to be treated like a princess!!!
