CRT Question

I am planning on booking breakfast at CRT for my upcoming trip. I know that it is paid for in advance, as I've eaten there since that has become policy, and it hadn't been a problem, but how does it work when I'm on the DDP. How am I refunded the $30 that I'll be paying when I book it?

is the CM is supposed to asl you if you are on the DDP. If so the credit card information is not taken. I assume they will charge the credits if someone is a no show which has the same impact as the pre-payment.

We had a large group next us on ur last visit that did not have a sufficient number of credits remaining. They just paid oop for the remaining meals.

When you book it they will ask if you are on the dining plan. They 'should' not charge yoru CC since you are on the dining plan but they will take a CC as that is their policy to have a CC on file for no shows. You must cancel within 48 hours or your CC on file will be charged.

Now, some CM make the mistake of charging you even if you are on the DDP so if that happens, just call back and ask for a credit.

Thanks for the replies. I know I'm going to have to give my credit card info anyway for Akershus, CA Grill, and Hollywood & Vine, so needing it for another meal is not a big deal.
