My family (just the four of us!) will be visiting WDW early/mid February (before President's week). I'd like to make a ADR for CRT on a Thursday, when, as of now, MK has EMH in the am. My questions are:
1) How hard will it be to get a reservation at that time of year? I have NO problem getting up before 7am to make the call!:coffee:
2) Assuming I can get in, should I try to get the earliest time they have and then go tour the park OR should we get there early, tour for awhile, then do the latest time available? :confused3
It's been a dream of mine to eat in the Castle, just to say that I did it!
Thanks for the input!

Just bumping this up for myself- I know someone out there has some answers ('cause I don't!)!:goodvibes

I always say if you can get in early do so. It is a great time to get photos in front of the castle or on main street with out a bazzilion people in the shot! I know for resort guests the park is opened early but there still wont be as many people as there could be!

Have a great time!

I understand that EMH are still very crowded but not as crowded as it will be when the parks officially open. I think that your idea to eat later and look around for a while prior is a good one. If you call at your 180 day mark, you shouldn't have much trouble getting ressies. Of course, if you do, you can always keep calling back. That is how I got my last two CRT ressies.

I think that with the recent price increase and the meals now being 2 dining credits, the popularity has slowed down a little. We made reservations about 4 months in advance, and I pretty much had my choice of breakfast times. I didn't call at the 180 day mark or anything like that.

We made our reservations for 9:20am because the MK is going to open for Little Ones Extra Magic Hour at 8 that morning. I hear being one of the first ones at the park before it opens is cool. Maybe make reservations for an hour before it opens so you don't miss any "ride time". Feb is a great time to go, by the way! Happy planning. :flower:
