CRT PS question

We haven't been to WDW in three years. I called this am for my first ps. I called about 7:15 or so to let the initial rush get out of the way. During the call, I had to input my phone number and other information. If I call right at 7:00 to try and get a CRT PS, do I have to go through all of that stuff? If so, any easy way to deal with it to help aid the process?

yes, you will have to go through the "routine."

What I've been told is to call BEFORE 7 and be on hold at 7am.

I have not tried to get a PS for CRT and don't plan to but I have called the past 2 mornings exactly at 8 am for other dinners and I went through the routine and was put right through. I never waited. I realize you want to get on the phone ASAP for the CRT as that is a hard one to get a PS for but for any others I would call later to let the rush get out of the way...


Also the CM I taked with yesterday acted as if someone had Pee'd all in her cheerios,,not rude but sounded very aggrivated she was having to talk to yet one more person on the phone ...The CM I talked to today was AWESOME she was soooooo pleasant and in such a great mood and very helpful!!!
