CRT price increse and Holiday Pricing

I just found this and thought I would post a new thread for all to see the news from All Ears:

Cinderella's Castle Character Meal Price Increases -

Effective November 11, 2007
Breakfast A - $32.99; C - $22.99
Lunch A- $35.99; C - $23.99
Dinner A - $40.99; C - $25.99

Holiday pricing in effect November 18-24 and December 16 thru Jan 5
Breakfast A - $36.99; C - $24.99
Lunch A - $39.99; C - $25.99
Dinner A - $44.99; C - $27.99

I used to love CRT when it was a non character place. We would always eat dinner there. Very large menu, and the girls didn't care about the cahracters, it was just fun eating in the castle. Now it is just way too much money. I really can't see 33-36 for breakfast? Is a princess making it or what?

Wow! Those prices are out there. $33.00 for breakfast per adult!? I know your table gets photos and such, but my gosh are those scrambled eggs served on a gold spoon or what!

All I have to say is thank goodness I have a son and we won't have to eat here!! He is a big flirt and probably would love all the ladies though

We did the CRT character breakfast the year before it switched over to the current program. While we could easily afford it the new program, I just felt the prices were ridiculous (JMHO) and refused to pay it. Now they are increasing the price? Yikes! Maybe if we had not already experienced it I mght feel differently. Obviously there are customers willing to pay it or Disney would not be increasing the price. We are taking my DN10 this August and have ADRs for other character meals.
