CRT picture package query

I have yet another question about CRT.
It says groups 5 and over get two picture packages...but our 5th is under 3 and not getting her own meal. But we'll buy her a drink. are the numbers counted by the number in the reservation, or the number of meals on the check?
Has anyone had any experience here?

This is our situation as well. It would be nice to get 2 packages, but I figured it was just one since we won't be paying for DS2.

You will still get 2 picture packages. We are afamily of 5 and we have gone twice with children under 3. Once I had 2 ds's under 3 and the other time we had 1 ds under 3 and both times we got the 2 pic package. Really very fun. We usually do one with just the kids and then one with the whole family.

Great! Thanks. It's nice that it is not 2 packages of the same shot. Great idea about one with just the kids and one with the whole family. I think that's what we'll do!
