Has anyone else been told to bring photo ID to CRT for breakfast?

I don't remember that rule before... but thats what they are saying.

Thats what they said, but we had breakfast there last week, and no one asked to see my pic ID......

I do remember that rule being mentioned when they first went to CC bookings, but as I've not heard it mentioned much since I had pretty much forgotten about it.

I was told each member of our party would need photo ID when we booked CRT, but we were never asked to show it.

Guess you just have to be like the Boy Scouts and be prepared!

Is that only for the CRT?

Maybe people were showing up and taking other peoples tables somehow??
Maybe people were going up and saying that they had left their PS # in their room, but they were on the books for a party of ____ for a certain time and then agreed with the name??
(Just a guess!)

We were asked to bring photo id with us when I made my ps for CRT last week. I made several ps that day and two were for CRT, breakfast and dinner, I was only told to bring the photo id for the breakfast one.

I figured it was to try and stop people who hadn't made a ps for breakfast or a ps for someone else cutting in.

We were told to bring photo ID to get inside the park as our CRT PS time is before the park opens. I guess they wouldn't want all the guests waiting on rope drop to say, "Oh, we have a PS too!" Perhaps we need it at the restaurant as well. It won't hurt to bring it along even if no one ever asks for it, but I sure wouldn't want to risk being turned away!

We have PS for CRT this coming Friday before the park opens. I'm glad you mentioned about the ID to get in the gate for it because I don't think the CM I spoke to mentioned that. Our PS is for 8:25... now I remember reading that you go to one side and tell them that you have a PS? I don't want to get caught in a crowd and miss our PS! Thanks for any info!

Nancy

Hey, Nancy -- enjoy! Don't worry about the crowd at the gate, it will be very managable, and CM's have alot of fun while you are waiting.

We've been to this breakfast twice in the past year. The first time, I was told by the CM to bring a valid photo id, the second time the CM didn't mention an id. We were not asked for an id either time when we checked in for breakfast.
