Made a Sept ADR for CRT in March at my 180 day mark. Received confirmation email, it's listed on MDE app. However, they haven't charged my credit card yet. This is a cc guarantee meal, right? We are offsite so don't have free dining this time.

Should I call to inquire or just pay the day we go in Sept?

It is a prepay meal. I would definitely call.

It's been a while, but I'm pretty sure they don't actually charge the card until 24 hours in advance. You have up until 24 hours to cancel, and then you are subject to the full charge.

It is immediate. My ADR date was on Easter Sunday, and they charged it while I was on the phone with them. It cleared two days later.

I booked for November at the 180 mark and they charged my card immediatley. I have the dining plan but they don't credit your account until you have gone to your dinner and when you pay you have to tell them you are on the dinng plan and then they refund your credit card. They have your money for a long time before you go for your dinner!

No reason to do this. I just called up front and made the CRT reservation with CM. They linked the package reservation with the dining reservation so there was nothing to pay with credit card. A few years back, I was able to book CRT online with a linked reservation number and the system could automatically detect the dining plan. For whatever reason, you have to call in now to do it.

I booked mine with a dining plan and they did not charge my card. It went through the whole "you will be charged x about of money" but my card was never charged. It shows up in my Disney Experience.
